The first and main important step to do is to hunt for the job announcement on either newspapers or the Internet. Then they have to be aware that what kinds of jobs are suitable for their skills, experiences and interest. Next they should prepare all necessary things that the companies or employers needed. Those include cover letter, curriculum vita, certificate, letter of recommendation and so on. After that they have to submit these entire documents to the employers by e-mail, fax or letter. If these documents are satisfied by the employers, they may go to the interview phase. At this phase they have to prepare all possible questions and answers that they may face during interview. If they can provide all the right answers to interviewees, they will be qualified and get a job they want.
