I would be grateful if you could help to correct my e-mail.

Purpose: pipe have been painted to avoid rusty, but finally the painted pipe was still rusted after three month ago.

As received complaint concerning the yellow color of water from the owner of Tower D-28E, we have already cleaned all fresh water tanks last week and found that all painted puddle flanges have been rusted shown on the attached photos. We would like to seek your assistance in rectifying the issues.
