Default is this correct?

The reports of outstanding issues have been sent to you in previews email; it is pending issues . Those issues were not in the list that has been closed in our system helpdesk

After your first sentence, you have an extra space between the word 'issues' and the period. In English, there is no space there.

Your last sentence does not end with any punctuation at all. In English, ALL sentences ALWAYS end with punctuation.
