Unhappy Grammar, syntax - please help!

Hi there!
I would be very grateful, if someone could help me with a homework, which is quite important for me.
For the text: Is there any chance to avoid "would" and "should"? Are there some big mistakes?

Our teacher gave us the following exercise:
Use 150 words to describe, what you want to do in private and professional life!

Now my text:
Now I would like to tell you about my wishes for my future life.
I would like to marry at the age of 28. My future bride should be honest, clever, humorous and good-looking. At the age of 30 it would be nice, if me and my wife had a baby. Before our marriage me and my wife should already live in our own house, which we would pay by installments. Our house should have a large garden and a patrio. To be able to pay for all of this, me and my wife would need to have a good job. I would like to work in the theatre as an event technician with a monthly salary of 2 500 Euro. As event technician I would like to specialize in lighting.
That is why I intensly work for my dreams come true.
