I would be grateful if someone could help me to modify my letter.

Further to a telephone call regarding suspended fresh water supply to ABC building on 26 July 2007, 9:15, the water supply for the building have been resumed as we arrived at 10:15. However, water supply for tank of cooling tower was outstanding until air was released from the feed pipe for tanks of cooling tower at 12:30.
Thus, we would like to seek your assistance in rectifying the air lock issue in order to avoid reoccurrence the issue.
