Default Zoning control

Case: Two zones are defined in an office area. Some existing fans are installed in each zone, but three fans among them are found to serve two zones at the same time. I would be grateful if someone could help me modify the following e-mail.

Dear manager
As three existing fans are serving two zone (I & II), shown on the attached table, I would like to seek your comments whether the fans will be controlled by which zone (I or II) in order to facilitate further operation.
Fan Serving Zone
No.1 I & II
No.2 I & II
No.3 I & II
