I would be grateful if someone could help to modify the following letter for my reference.
Dear Director
Air conditioning plant of ABC building presently consists of 3 sets of new water-cooled chillers and 1 set of old air-cooled chiller. In accordance with the renovation contract, the air cool chiller will be dismantled shortly. However, the ABC building is critical building, the provision of air conditioning shall be affected totally in case there is suspension of water supply to cooling tower. After negotiation with Team manager, since the air-cooled chillers do not require water for condensing, it can provide the essential cooling for the building, we propose to reserve the air-cooled chiller as standby/ back up unit in order to mitigate the risk occurrence and alleviate no provision of air conditioning opportunity. Accordingly, we would like to seek your comments on the issues by return.
