Hi dear friends and teachers,
I'm practicing reading in english, and each time I learn new vocabulary, but as we know it's not so important to have a lot of vocabulary, however the main thing is to know how to use it correctly..
so I composed this essay and I hope you will help me to find out my mistakes

, Iim thanking you very much to your help.
Reading and the use of dictionaries Reading is one of the best ways to improve our language skills, it doesn't only helps us to expand our vocabulary, but also it shows us how the words are naturally and grammatically used in sentences. It's also a very good tool to know a great deal of information such us the culture of the language being learned.
If we want desperately to achieve fluency while using English, we have to be patient, pertinent and never to give up along this long way, reading is very good way to learn a lot of things, however, it must be done in an earnest and progressive way.
While reading, we have to focus on sentence structures, grammar, and new vocabulary; the good reader might have a good dictionary always with him. First we try to figure out the meaning of the new word from the context, if it doesn't make sense for us then we should look for it in our dictionary.
Best dictionaries have a lot to show; first we can find a definition of the word and we can also be informed about whether this word or expression is informal or not, and whether it's common to a typical English locality or not, that's a good news for us, the second offer that we benefit from it better than knowing just the definition of the word, is the use of a variety of examples.
An example can be either a verbal illustration or a very interesting quotation from literature or a speech, it plays a very important role in reinforcing the meaning of the word defined by showing its different uses in appropriate contexts, so can recognize the words better after understanding the examples.
In addition, we have to be aware that words can be either concrete or abstract; concrete words don't need to be illustrated by many examples, because they can be explained well enough through definition, however, abstract words need to be well clarified by showing more examples, in this case, definitions are not sufficient.
Readers can benefit a lot and have a good grasp of English if the practice more reading, the use of dictionaries in this case is indeed very important especially if they offer more than the meanings of words...
