When we arrived, we had been late for 2 hours because our train
had been delayed because of bad weather. There was snowing
heavily in front of station and people were waiting for taxis
in the long queue. We were already about to go, when a young
man stopped his car and asked us where we want to go. Although
it wasn’t official taxi, the car was new and the man looked clean
and credibly. So we decided to accept his offer. When we told
him that we didn’t have a hotel, he said he could take us to a
cheap and clean one. He loaded our luggage to the car boot and
we smashed to the hotel. During a journey we were speaking and
he was showing us sundry interesting places. We could barely
believe what luck we had and we were thinking about all the
people which stayed to wait in the freezing winter. After coming
to the hotel he said us that he had been waiting until we signed
up. When we found out that the hotel is full, we went downstairs
and just at that time we noticed that our chauffeur and luggage
are away as well. I don’t have to say that we have never seen
  him more.

When we arrived, we had been late for two hours because our train
had been delayed because of bad weather [Avoid the same word twice in the sentence like this - find another word for one of them]. There was snowing [It was snowing OR There was snow]
heavily in front of station and people were waiting for taxis
in a long queue. We were already about to go, when a young
man stopped his car and asked us where we want to go. Although
it wasn’t official taxi, the car was new and the man looked clean
and credibly [creditable]. So we decided to accept his offer. When we told
him that we didn’t have a hotel, he said he could take us to a
cheap and clean one. He loaded our luggage to the car boot and
we smashed [to smash = break violently into pieces] to the hotel. During the journey we were talking and
he showed us sundry interesting places. We could barely
believe what luck we had and we were thinking about all the
people who stayed to wait in the freezing winter [winter = the whole season]. After coming
to the hotel he told us that he had been waiting [This is a past tense - is it right here?]until we signed
up. When we found out that the hotel is full, we went downstairs
and just at that time we noticed that our chauffeur and luggage
had gone. I don’t have to say that we have never seen
him more.

You could use either. Both will be grammatical - your decision!
