it has been while since i m looking for some site where some one ,defnltty who has more understanding of English , can review my writing of my daily business life.

i m wrking in software and basically from mexico .. i regualrly communicate, using email ,with my colleague , some time senior also . i feel that i defntly have some improvement to make in email writing .

i would iike some one to see my writing below and suggest how to make it simple and more effective et etc.

All suggestions/comment are appreciated

It has been a while since I looked for some site where someone with more understanding of English could review my day to day business correspondence.

I am from Mexico and work in software. I regularly email my colleagues, and sometimes, more senior staff. I feel that I definitely have some improvement to make in email writing.

I am hoping someone will go over what I have written below and suggest how to make it simple and more effective etc.

It's/It has been a while since I've been looking (ie since I started looking). Since I looked conveys a meaning different to what was intended, because it would mean that he looked once in the past and that was it. What is meant here is that he has been looking for a site etc. ever since he first started looking or, at least, until very recently, ie until he found this one.

I regularly email my colleagues and, sometimes, more senior staff.

As required to support (I'm not sure I understand this. Is it connected to the text after the ':'?)

This is an EMAIL, memo-style, not an essay.
You have provided an additional way in which the opening sentence might be phrased.
As I saw it, Canbefun wrote, "it has been while since i m looking for some site..."
At the apparent stage of acquisition of English by many of the people who post in this forum, I would not want to inflict the nuances of "since I have been looking" versus "since I (last) looked"....
I think we need to be careful. It is very easy for native speakers to trot out the niceties of English expression, only to leave the person more bamboozled(=confused).
