Default Kindly Correct my letters

Can you kindly correct my letters.
_________________________________________________
Dear xxxxxxx,

I’d like to request for a 4 day's leave to go back to my country starting from 26th Dec to 31st Dec. But I am afraid that my work might be delayed. So kindly let me know that there is any urgent work during those days and it is possible to go back to my country?

If it is not possible to take leave for a long period because of work nature, I will go back only when I have a chance.

Thanks and Regards,
Su Su

I do not wish to rewrite your letter as I might have written it, so I've tried to make only those changes that I thought were necessary. These are only my suggestions and there are many other (and possibly better) ways to write this letter.

Dear xxxxxxx,

I would like to request four days' leave (of abscence), starting on 26th Dec., as I have to go back to my country (you should also give a reason for having to leave, however vague). However, there is a chance that my work might be delayed. So kindly let me know if there is any urgent work that needs to be done on those days and if it is possible to (go back to) leave for my country?

If it is not possible to take leave for the whole of the requested period because of the nature of my/the work, I (will) could leave only (for the period of time) when (I have a chance) the circumstances allow.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Su Su

May I discuss my contract, which will expire March 2008 with you? I would like to meet to discuss whether the company would be willing to offer a new contract or extend my existing contract.

I look forward to a favourable meeting with you at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

I would like to apply for permanent residence in XXXX however I encounter difficulty in getting my employer to complete the ABC Form. Although I have been confirmed the employment with my current company, it has been 5 months only. I would be required to have one year service in getting the completed ABC Form and will be entitled to such benefit only after one year. This concludes the reason why the Annex A Form was not filled and submitted.
