Question Airline complaint

I'd like to send a fax to an airline because they're supposed to refund me since they've lost my suitcase.
Could you send me a draft please?
Many tks

Welcome to the forums.

Is this your first contact with them about the lost bag?

If so, you need to tell them the place you flew from, the flight number of your plane, and your destination. You then need to tell them that the bag did not arrive at your destination and that you reported it at once in the airport [ I hope you did this!]. You need to ask them what their procedures are for claiming compensation.

Post your text here and we can then advise you on it.

Thanks a lot for yr response.
Actually, what I need is the text for a fax ( i'll attach copies of the receipts of my expenses) for them to refund the money. I'd also like to add that the suitcase appeared a week later so I had to spend more than the 99$ they 've said they'd refund.

Thank a lot

I am afraid we do not write things for people - we can guide them but they write their own texts.

Since you seem to have been through the process of notification, then presumably you need to tell them that you are claiming the money promised, that you are attaching the required documents, and that you want the payment to be made to [your account]. As to the extra compensation, you will need to tell them exactly why they should increase on the agreed sum.
