please correct me
Please correct the grammar and vocabs of my article and if you think it;s not in proper form please correct it too^^
this is it:
The military junta of the Thailand has been reputated incompetant.
But now the Thailand junta is recognized world-widely as it attacks the
foreign major medicine-manufacturing companies like Merck, sanofi-aventis,
and Bristol-myers squibb. Since last November, the Thailand government has
allowed to produce the duplication of two types of foreign AIDS medicines
and one of blood clot remover. It was the measure nased on the ambiguous
regulation of WTO allowing government to abolish medical tenant when
public health-care is in trouble. Due to this measure, the medical fee burden
of patients has been reduced to 90% maximum. In this moment, the Thailand
government is pressuring the foreign medical-manufacturing companys to
discount other medical prices. Last month, Monkol Na Songkha, the health-
care minister, warned " we are ready to act if the negotiation of medicine fee
is failed".
The experts metaphor the medicine regulation of WTO as a nuclear weapon.
Never used but the best hold-back measure. Since that regulation became in
effect in 2001, the medicine manufacturing companies have been avoided
the worst situation, through adopting measures, including discount of
medicine price and allowing poor countries to use more free- use period.
Thailand became the first country among mid- income sountries which
practically stopped the tenans of the foreign medicine_manufacturing
companies based on the regulation of WTO.
if other mid-income countries follow the precedent of Thailand, this country ,
with 2,750 dollars GDP, will be the representative example of reducing greatly
of the revenue of the foreign medicine companies.
