Question Can anyone help me with this formal letter.

Hi I just got a letter from an university. but I should reply it formal.
So please have a look,

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for replying. I graduated last year with lower second class in Automotive Engineering. The course started from foundation year.

It is possible that have an appointment for discussing the course, please.

You say you have had a letter from a university - was that letter signed? If so, address your letter to the person who signed it:

Dear Mr / Ms [Smith]
Thank you for replying. I graduated last year with a lower second class degree in Automotive Engineering. The course started from foundation year.

Is it possible to have an appointment to discuss the course?
