Foundation for Disabled Trust is executed at Coimbatore. It is a registered trust and the trust was registered at Coimbatore on June 2007 by the Government of India and Tamil Nadu Registration Department. It was registered in Sub-Registrar office at Coimbatore and the registration Number is 1334/2007. The trust shall be the public charitable trust and the trustees shall apply to the concerned authorities for the exemptions under the provisions of the income tax act, 1961.
To Grant financial help for the poor people who live in below poverty line.
To give free Computer education and educational loan for the poor people.
To give incentive amount, uniforms, books, note books to the good students who live in below poverty line.
To conduct free medical camps and blood donation camps and free eye donation camps
To conduct awareness camps about the health and well being among the rural people.
To conduct Agricultural conferences about the Irrigation of valuable agricultural products through dry land irrigation development schemes.
To endeavor to give suitable industrial training to the poor and downtrodden women in the society as per there education and age
To do welfare activities to the physically handicapped people.
To endeavor to provide free food and accommodation to the mentally ill persons.
To adopt the orphan children and orphan old aged peoples.
To give suitable training to the physically handicapped enabled them to get employment.
To give suitable training to the women to stand in their own leg.
To work hard for the ground water development to increase the ground water level, construct water shed and maintain the same, to form the check dam and percolation pond etc.,
For the development of our Country, youthís activity and performance are taking a vital role. Our trust will plan to organize through the coordination of youths and social volunteers, on donation basis. Each and every Indian Citizen is eligible to join as a donor and independent social volunteer of our trust. The minimum age is 18 years. All donors are donating Rs.600/- for the development and implement of the various social activities run by the trust. For the donation contribution our trust will honor all donors in the way of issue a Government of India undertaking corporationís Janatha Personal Accident Policy for one year. The policy sum assured value is Rs.1,00,000/-.
18 Years and above age of Indian Citizens are eligible to participate in our fund raising program. Donate Rs.600/- or above (non refundable) to our Foundation For Disabled trust and join as an Independent Social Volunteer. Only 3 donations (maximum) are allowed from the same name and address.
Each donor introduces 2 donor members and collects donations. You introduce 2 members from your LEFT and RIGHT side of your down-line. In the same way your A or B member introduce one member either from LEFT or RIGHT side you are eligible to get incentives .In the same way your down line donors are also duplicate the same.
Incentives are calculated as per the pair-matching basics. Each pair you can eligible for get commission Rs. 200/-. The maximum payout per day is 5 pairs that is 5 x 200 = 1000. The maximum payout per entry for an independent social volunteer will be Rs.1,000/- per day and you will get Rs. 7,000/- per week and Rs.30,000 per month (this is according to the development under his / her entry on their own effort)
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Donorís name and id numbers are not altered and changed at any cost.
Maximum 3 donations are accepted in the same name and address.
Age of 18 and above is eligible to join as an independent social volunteer.
Carefully read the application form details and rules and regulations, terms and conditions to understand it.
Fill the application form correctly without omission and put your signature.
Donation Rs.600/- (non-refundable) send by only in the form of demand draft (D.D) in the name of Foundation for Disabled Payable at Coimbatore.
Filled application form send only by registered post or courier only. You should not send it by ordinary post.
Cash/money order (M.O) will not accept. If you send it by M.O or in Cash, Trust will not take any loss.
Donít pay Donation by Cash by any person.
Incentives are calculated every week and the total amount detected as T.D.S 11.33% and service charge 8.67 %( Totally 20%). Remaining amount send it by D.D/Cheque.
Incentives are calculated every day in the way of cut-off method. Every day cut-off are done from Monday to Sunday and all are calculated in the on Monday of the next week and total incentives are send to the Social Volunteers on the 3rd day (each Wednesday) according to the deduction of TDS and Service Charges.
Minimum payment is Rs.200 only.
All income is only based on Independent Social Volunteers own efforts and the down line group donorís efforts.
Membership period of the Social Volunteerís is one year from the date of joining. After the completion of one year he/she will donate again Rs.600/- for the trust.
All disputes are under Coimbatore jurisdiction only.
All Charitable Trust shall have soul discretion to take decision on any matter about the fund raising program including its amendments which would be binding on the donors.
Our Trust special fund raising program is not coming under the law of, The Prize Chits and Money Circulations Schemes (Banning) Act 1978. Our trust is exempted from the above law and section 11 (d).

Frankly this looks suspiciously like a pyramid selling scheme and not like a true charitable trust.

This would never fly in the US where donations to charitable, non profits are tax deductibe. No one can get paid "down the line" to garner donations for a charity. However, a professional fundraider can be hired to run a campaign.
Classes of memberships or donors levels can be named. A different donation rate for a "Gold Member" and a "Silver Member" is allowed.
Also, we don't use the term, "poor people." It is "families in need", or "person demonstrating a need.,"
"Food challenged" is used instead of "hungry."
In the US, the problem is mal-nourishment, not hunger.
