Exclamation Help from native speaker

Dear Claus,

Thank you for your letter. It is always a great pleasure for me to deal with you. Unfortunately, I managed to read your letter about the project only yesterday due to some technical problems.

If I understood you correctly, the main idea of the project is given in p.7.

Our institute carries out a variety of work on the solution of the formulated problems, but with accordance to the other structural components, including NPPs, not specifically for safety valves. Tasks regarded as the problems of armature are solved at Kyiv Research and Development Center of Armature Engineering, with which we cooperate in the implementation of the joint projects. Our colleagues from this Center have become familiar with your letter and we received their principal consent. Information about this center we will send you after clarifying the following issues.

1. What kind of partners exactly do you need – “a partner organization in Ukraine that can supply safety valves to the Russian NPPs under this project.” as it was indicated at the begging of your letter, or ‘the developers of the scientific and technical products, provided in p.7?
If you need the russian; suppliers of the valves, then the answer is negative. There are none, and our NPPs are equipped with the valves imported from different countries.

2. Do we have time for negotiations and preparation of materials according to p.9 regulating terms of tender?

Yours sincerely,

Dear Claus,

Thank you for your letter. It is always a great pleasure for me to assist you. Unfortunately, I managed to read your letter about the project only yesterday owing to some technical problems.

If I understand you correctly, the main idea of the project is given on p.7.

Our institute carries out a variety of work

on the solution of the formulated problems, : in simple words, what do you mean here?

but with accordance to the other structural components, including NPPs, not specifically for safety valves. Tasks regarded as the problems of armature are solved at Kyiv Research and Development Center of Armature Engineering, with whom we cooperate in the implementation of the joint projects. Our colleagues from this Center have

become familiar with your letter : do you mean, we have apprised them of your needs?

and we received their principal consent. Principal? What do you mean to say here?

We will forward information about this Center, if I could just clarify the following issues:
1. What kind of partners exactly do you need – “a partner organization in Ukraine that can supply safety valves to the Russian NPPs under this project”, as (it-omit) was indicated at the beginning of your letter, or ‘the developers of the scientific and technical products, provided on p.7?
Provided: do you mean 'mentioned' on p.7 or....?

If you need a Russian supplier of the valves, then the answer is negative. There are none, and our NPPs are equipped with the valves imported from different countries.

2. Do we have time for negotiations and preparation of materials according to p.9 regulating terms of tender?
