I'd like to inform you of the ff:

I. Instead of April 14, 2008. Ethnic dance trainers requested to move their flight to April18 for they have commitments to attend this April 17.

II. Initial Modern Dance Trainers that were confirmed had backed out. Were going to replace them with Mr. Jeffreys (-Ethnic Dance Head Trainer) friends;They were also recommended by Mr. Aragon ( Cultural Affair Director).. as follows:

a) Joel Lamamgan
b) Rene Advincula

III.Mr. Suazo, Fine Arts director of Ganjo Academy expects a package of 50 K for their services. Accompanying him are the ff:

a) alex alimata
b) Bong Salvador

IV. We intend to deply the modern dance trainers and the Fine Arts trainers altogether with
the Ethnic Dance Tainers schedule of deployment so they would start and finish conducting workshops at the same time
