while Now a days, the world is been well- known as communications era, the world around by use of means communication such as the internet and found multination company and finally goalbalization phenomenon are been similar to a village. if habitats on the earth can speak with a common language, the world is actually small village. so ability of utility a international language can play an important role about social and private development of human beings. Personally, there are variety factors that they can help learn more easily and comfortable it such as trainee's interesting, hard-working, intelligent, trainer private, social and scientific characters, trainee's afford, accessible audiovisual and print resource which . I discuss the most important advices below.

Firstly, I think someone who is beginning the study of the English language must plan a daily schedule for their study. In my view language's skills forget as soon as if they do not use. So leanings of the language should predict a daily time for studying.

Secondly, they would rather use proper tools. For example they choose a valid dictionary and without translation, words' pronunciation and structure. Also they should learn how uses it. Moreover they have a take note to write important points.

Thirdly, they try to learn language's skills entirely and the same time. Learning all the skill in the same time help learn the language faster inasmuch as these will have synergism effect to each other.

Fourthly, language's skills usually acquire gradually and approximately in a long priode . So trainee must is been patient and interesting it.
