Default Formal letter - pls. look through for mistakes

Dear Rebecca Hopkins,

My name is Alex Costas and I am writing this letter to give you my opinions about Greenbank Swimming Pool.

First of all, I am going to tell you about changing rooms. I believe they are too crowded, and many people do not like it very much. Now about the opening hours. My personal opinion is that the swimming pool could open earlier, because me and some friends of mine are using it frequently, and I think they cannot wait till 9.30am to use the swimming pool.

You also ask opinions about your classes. I personally believe they are great, because the trainers you have are great and I have become better at swimming by joining one of them. Keep it that way. If possible, you could make some competitions for fun, so we can improve our skills by having fun.

Your last question is if other facilities could be provided. Well, a cafe would be nice facility, because after swimming, we need to relax, so if possible, build a cafe for all people who use the swimming pool.

To sum up, some upgrades to the Greenbank Swimming Pool would be very nice and we would appreciate them.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Costas
