Please proofread....

All work
and no play makes …………..

We are pleased to inform you that the employees can relax after office hours by participating in the sports viz. Chess, Carom & Dart Board Cork. Wherein the employees are bond to adhere to the following rules & strictly instill them and maintain office decorum.

Rules & Regulations:

1)Employees can play only after office hours (i.e. 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm)
2)Employees should enter in the register one day in advance for their participation in game. This helps to know about the employees strength and avoids unnecessary rush in the sports hall. Sometimes employees may not get a choice to play due to more number of participants, hence, the entry in register is more ideal.
3)No refreshment (snacks/drinks etc.) will be provided during play time

Default Re: Sports - Rules & Regulations

Same has been introduced in our office.
Below was note being forwarded, wanted to share with you too.....

Good news to all who like to have some fun while working …… As per the Employee Recreation benefits we have planned to introduce some indoor games from 12.04.2008. To start with we have purchased 1 set of Carom and Chess Board.
After discussing with all the Team Heads, we have streamlinedcertain procedures for the usage of these games, which are listed below
  • Employees can play only after office hours (i.e. from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.).
  • Mr. _______ would be in-charge of maintenance of the Games. Employees are requested to contact him for all the issues related usage of the games.
  • Employees wishing to avail the games should book one day advance in the register.
  • Maximum of 4 persons can book for Caroms and two can book for chess.
  • Players who have already played the games are requested to give opportunities to the others who are in waiting to use the games.
  • If there is any cancellation in bookings, they can use other free dates available.
  • Pre-booking also helps employees avoid disappointment when demand for particular game is high.
  • Sports accessories should be handed over back to Mr. _________ back after use.
  • Employees are requested to maintain decent behavior while playing and make sure thatthey do not disturb the employees who are working.
Any costs arising from damage to the sports items will be the responsibility of the employee signed in the register.
