| w.r.t. the above subject, we are running out of stock of some of the pantry items, which need to buy on priority basis. Some of the pantry items got damaged & some looks very awful. As you are aware that there will be an upward flow of visitors (VIPs / Guests) to our office and it would be dreadful to serve in old ones. Hence we are planning to buy some of the pantry items, the list is as below.
