We would like to report that on Night of April 13th / 14th April 2008 early morning hours, a theft has taken place in our store and cash amounting around Rs. 2.00 Lakh has been stolen after breaking open the Cash Box. We have lodged a complaint and registered a FIR with ________ Police Station. A copy of the FIR along with our detailed complaint is enclosed for your kind reference and further perusal.

We request your goodself to kindly issue suitable instructions to the concerned Police Team/CID Staff to hasten the process of interrogation to recover the lost Cash amounting to around Rs. 2.00 Lakh and bring the culprits to book.
