Re: REPORT
Sir.
As insructed by
ESL, I'd like to inform you of the following:
1) Instead of going for KEDA Cooking
School,
ESL opts to enroll our prospects
as student
s at PESLA
Cooking
School. Not only
it much less expensive but it has also a
Dormitory where our prospects can stay. They teach commercial cooking and international cuisine. (
Please see the attached
prospectus/brochure)
Fees for 1 student:
$6000
enrolmentt fee
, which includes materials and ingredients for cooking
(schedule : Wed to Friday x 10 weeks)
$750 - dorm fee
$1500 - meals in a month (
ESL's suggestion)
$1500 - allowance (
ESL's suggestion)
Total - $ 9,250
2) Below are JESTA Technical Trainers who will help us train our people to
operate heavy
equipment,
industrial
automation,
hydraulic
systems,
and welding,
as well as providing technical courses and programs:/ or who we'll plan to
commission to do an audit and evaluation o
f our
technical courses and programs in weldin
g,
industrial
automation and
hydraulic
systems:
1) Justin Tejada ( Automation Teacher )
2) Kurt Yoda ( Welding Teacher)
3) Clark Senti (Heavy Equipments Trainer)
We plan to bring them
into the company to check
our working practice or do an audit
over 3 days
before the German
trainers
come. ESL and I also want to go with the
trainers
' schedule to check our facilities
, so we
should visit
a mine and
thereby more or less will have an idea with regards to our facilities. This would also help me greatly as a recruitment officer so I'll know what to expect and have
a better know
ledge
of our systems..and I would
also know what type of skills
are needed
in the people we will hire
in the future.
ESL wants us to give
these trainers
an honorarium of
50 thousand dollars for their services to us.
An honorarium is a sum of money given to someone in return for services for which they do not usually charge. Here it seems that what you mean is a fee for professional services, which are normally charged by the organization.
3) Attached are
details of some prospects for Mechanical
Engineers and Electric
al Engineers. They don
't have
any formal experience as
cadet trainee/apprentice engineers, but the
y are really recomme
nded by our contact instructors. They said that these
people could handle the task
s and really know the details of the job.
Thank you very much
Sincerely,
