The relationship between luxury residence and economy residence contains social choices to effciency and fairness. The conflicts between luxury residence and economy residence has measured the distance in a degree between enterprise interests maximization and social welfare maximization . For the developer,the profits of luxury residence which aimed at high income people,especially of those enjoys superior geographical location are much higher,it’s more like a optimal arrangement of resources to construct luxury residences.
Undoubtedly, However,the construction of luxury residence means the same land area can only meet small residence’s need, the middle-lower income people which aimed economy residence can only be a lurker.
