correcting grammer and structure!

Hello Every one, i'm new to the "UsingEnglish.com" :) and i need to get
some help regarding the correction of a statement letter that i wrote
and i was wondering if i post that letter in here , weather you guys
can help me with the grammer corrections of it? :)

(I really need to correct bad grammer in this letter becasue it's a statement of choice for an official)
