writing a short paragraph

Can somebody help me with this paragraph using that words?

There once was a plumber that was called to a house one afternoon. The homeowner said that their was a flood and to come over a.s.a.p.! The plumber rushed to the address and it was a sight to behold! Not only was it flooded, but there was considerable water damage to all the furniture. It didn't take the plumber long to realize that the problem stemed from the broken faucet in the homeowner's kitchen. He fixed the faucet with him wrench, handed the homeowner the bill, and was on his way.
