Finally, The most important reason is you can have a different vision of life.

My advice would be try not to repeat the words used in the question. If this were, say a question from the IELTS test, to score the best marks you need to demonstrate understanding. In other words, you should show you understand what is being asked of you and what the words mean. For example, to summarise a), you wrote:

First of all, Learning a new language can increase your career opportunities.

Try not to just repeat the question in any answer - it's an easy habit to get into, but must be avoided if you want great marks in a test.
