the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, and its KNOW HOW feature

I guess many of us know about the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, and its KNOW HOW feature. With this sentence searching machine, we can find some sentences that contain our words, so it's very helpful for us English learner to find some appropriate words or sentences to our writing.

For instance, if we type "cat scruffs,"
we get "The cat picked up her kitten by the scruff of its neck."

And we know the expression "pick the cat by the scruff of its neck."

I want to ask you if you know any other program or website that has this feature, because I think the sentence resources of Oxford Dictionary is not large enough. If you know, please share with everyone. Thanks.
