Dear committee members,

Almost 6 months was over since we met on our milap club activities. The last programme organized by us was the sports day on 26th Jan 2008. It is a high-time that we need to meet and discuss about the further course of action on the club activities, before someone reminds us or totally forgets club.

Hence, we would like to convene that the meeting at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, 27.08.2008 in the Board Room to discuss on business related issue of Milap Club & family outing.

You may also come with some valid points / suggestions to have a successful discussion on our club activities.

It is however, high-time that we met to discuss the further course of action and planning regarding the club's activities, before a member reminds us or decides to leave our club.
