Equalized is incorrect, equal is the word to use. "differences exceeded"? what do you mean? And: Why does discrimination occur? is the correct phrasing
Surely we can say that women's condition is better than in the past, when women are [change to were] only an unimportant object of society. They couldn't go to school, have an education, have a job, do what they would like to do. [rephrase]
At the same time we can't say that nowadays the two sexes are equilized, because more and more than ones we have the possibility to find disequalities. [inequalities]
Anyway the discussion is still open.
On one hand we have to notice the important role that women reached in our society in years. Now they can do more and more in regard to the past.
On the other side of the argument,it's easy to find disequalities, you have only to think about the limitations that women have to respect. At work, for example, are innumerable the times when women don't receive the same salary or when they aren't respected as men, only because of the sex.[their sex or gender]
In addition to that, women are determined to improve their position, every year we can see their improvements: in sports competition, holding a politic position and in every fields of the economy too.
Finally,we can observe a process that can achive a great result and hoping for the best,we expect one day an equalized athmosphere between women and men.
can you correct it as soon as possible??you can add and replace words and frases if it's necessary for understanding better the meaning....i'm waiting your reply...thanks a lot in advance...ciaoo!!
