I have doubt of the sentence" you better ask nancy madam". I have heard people saying you better ask...........

So, can we use it the way it is mentioned above in our day to day conversation?

I see...tks but I'm still not convinced. Using had means you are talking in the past tense and here B wants to say that it would be better that you go and ask Nancy. ( present tense)

No, "had better" is a present tense subjunctive.
Even so, I would say "You better ask ... " because that's what we say most commonly in Australia.
