This is simple writng task1 for IELTS.
What do you think of it??
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to express my dissatisfation with the mobile phone, which I bought from
your shop afew days ago.When ever I use web broser, or media player, the phone is stuck and stop
responding, and I have to restarted again.
its appeared that the cuurent memory, which is 60 Mbite, when it filled with about 60 percent,
the phone cannot manage handle two operations at the same time.Although your advertisement suggets
that memory can be upgraded up to 1 Gbite without losing any features.
you can imagine how unhappy I was to discover that.
I hope you can settle this matter by replacing the mobile phone with latest module of the same brand, the other
day we were talking about.I am expecting to offer me a discount as result of this.

There are a lot of spelling errors (do you have a spell checker?), punctuation errors, spacing and capitalisation errors. These are all things you could fix yourself, and the type of thing that could make you fail.
