'At about six in the morning,I went to the bus stop.I waited until six fiffteen and not yet still the bus had came.'

Is there any grammar mistake in the sentences.Kindly,seeking help from everyone.

'At about six in the morning, I went to the bus stop. I waited until six fifteen and still the bus had not come.'


Generally, avoid using 'not yet' and 'still'\ together.
