Would you mind correcting the following text:

Police officials say that a business man has left dozens of thousand dollars which were in a briefcase in a public W.C.
The man, who planned to go to other city, entered a public WC in the station and put his briefcase which was full of money on a clothes rack where he forgot to take it with him.
Getting on the train, he remembered that he had left his briefcase there and had to get off the train at the next station. He hopelessly went back the station he had left his briefcase.
In spite of a few hours' late, to his surprise, he found the briefcase intact in the place,
Where many people had alredy gone into. The businessman told the police that he had changed his whole properties into the cash to start a new business in another city.

Police officials report that a business man left a briefcase containing tens of thousands of dollars in a public toilet. The man entered the toilets at the train station and placed the briefcase on a clothes rack. Unfortunately he forgot to retrieve it when he left.

The absent minded traveler didn't notice the missing bag until his train was underway. He disembarked at the next station and returned with little hope of finding his belongings. To his surprise, the bag was still where he had left it some hours before.

The businessman told the police that he was intending to start a fresh business in a new city and that the cash resulted from the sale of his existing business.
