We had hold departmental meeting this month. During the meeting we focus on the following issues:

1. Summarized last year's business accomplishment.
2. Introduced 2009 business plan.
3. Conveyed latest information.
4. Discussed details in business.
5. Conducted application training for sales person.

We've also got Finance Director's presentation and supports from other departments. Our staffs reflected that the meeting was effetive and was very useful for them.
