Sorry for such late reply but we had some Internet problems.

Its a shame that u don't want me to do both things (I could get another trade
name for cleanings and i don't think that it would be a problem) but if i need
to choose just one for obvious reasons it will be inventories.

As you should know, the prices that you have suggested are way below the market
price for the inventories. Because we didn't agreed the price before I was doing
those inventories, I don't have any other choice but to accept suggested prices
for inventories that I've already done.

As an attachment I'm sending you my price list that I'm using and if you want me
to continue with inventories at xxxx i can put it down maximum xx for
you witch will be:

Studio/1 Bedroom xx
2 Bedrooms xx
3 Bedrooms xx
4 Bedrooms xx

Other thing that i can offer is to do the check out, for already done by me
inventories, with no charge. I believe the prices offered by me are very fair
and acceptable.
Please let me know about your decision.
