I need some advice. I'm waiting for response from someone, but I still didn't receive it. How should I nicely remaind that person that:
1) It's important for me
2) I'm still waiting

I was thinking about that:

Dear Dana,

I hope you are well.

Would you be so kind and reply to my email from last week? I was asking you whether there are any reports for cheking. Thanking you in anticipation.
