Sub : Wrongly debited bank charges of Rs.90/- in my A/c

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that we have found in our bank statement you have wrongly debited bank charges of Rs.90/- on dt.09/03/2008 due to dishonor the cheque as a reason sent in local clearing instead of out-station clearing. But I have filled up the deposit slip in out-station clearing for above cheque and you had sent in local clearing. So it has not our mistake.

We are sorry to say that we are not faulty for your error. So we would requested you please Credit of Rs.90/- in my current A/c no : xxxxx as soon as possible.

Kindly action in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that on chekcing my bank statement, I find that it has been wrongly debited with bank charges of Rs.90/- on dt.09/03/2008 due to the failure of a cheque to clear as it was sent to a local clearing house rather than an out-station one. Since I completed the deposit slip correctly, this is the bank's error, and therefore it is my contention than no charges should be made for this failed payment. Please credit the Rs90/- back into my account no xxxxxx as soon as possible and confirm when this has been done. Your prompt action in this matter will be welcome.
