Howdy,
Could someone please correct my little message that I've, if truth be told, already sent but still I'd like it to be corrected. Please, point out my mistakes to me. Thank you in advance!
Hi!
I've been, for most of the time, occupied with studying. Things are going slower then I'd like them to go. Lots of things to read ;) I sometimes go to sit on the beach to read a bit. Anyway, apart from that, some regular small estia activities ;). We had a barbecue on Saturday, yesterday we went to grab a coffe at Theatraki. Some folks went to a club but I had to skip that one owing to the lack of funds :/ Hope I'll visit Deco before I'm gone tough. I guess I'll be in Patra during the upcoming days. I was at the lab the other day but you still had been in Athens. I think I'll drop by one day, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, though I'm not sure if you're working this week or not (?) Let me know. Otherwise, we might go for a coffe or if u want to come round to Small Estia, don't hesitate ;) Cheers!
I'm assuming Estia is a place name...?
coffee
owing to A lack of funds
but you WERE still in Athens

yes, estia is a (the?) Greek word, it stands for " a dormitory" or "a residence hall"
I never know if I should say (be saying?) come round to the small estia or if I should omit the definite article
thanks for your insights!
anybody? :)
Leave the article in when you're saying "come round to the estia (dormitory)"
Still, what would I know? It's all Greek to me
And
estia is a Greek word.
I never know if I should say..... The present continuous isn't really necessary here, unless you have a special reason for it
