Is this phrase correct?
(his fingers are dancing on the steering wheel with the music that comes from the radio)
if it’s correct, I wish that somebody could write it in a performed style,

Your basic sentence is:

His fingers are dancing on the steering wheel, to the music on the radio.

I'm not sure what you mean by "performed" style; but others will suggest other ways of expressing this.
