Exclamation What is a classic?

As part of an english assigment I am required to write a 3 page essay on the definition of a classic? Any ideas or know of any websites that might be helpful? Thanks for your help.

Default Re: What is a classic?

Something that is a classic is a prime example of its kind. Thus, the 1967 Thunderbird (for example) is a classic. You might want to discuss the meaning of the word classic and give examples from different areas. (Google might be helpful in this regard.)
