I would like to ask you which of these titles should I use for my essey - which one is natural in English.

New methods of bankruptcy solution in the Czech republic

or

New ways of dealing with bankruptcy in the Czech republic

or something else if you could suggest - I would be grateful ;)

I don't like 1. I think of bankruptcy as a solution; not as something that needs a solution.
2. is alright if there is no change to bankruptcy rules or procedures; ie. the essay is simply about new ways to deal with it.
New concepts of bankruptcy ...
New paradigms of/models of/procedures for bankruptcy ...
It really depends on what the essay is actually about.

Thank you for your answer. The essey is about new law which changes rules of insolvency in this republic. It is kind of analysis of current insolvency proceeding in comparison with prior one, which has already been rescinded.
So I would like to ask which of your suggestion would suits for this case?
