Creating the way for people to participate in realizing something hard is called the leadership. This latter is not allowed for everyone because it requires special characteristics that could be found in the individual by either nature or acquisition. These most important characteristics of a leadership are competence, consistency, and character.

The first, competence evaluates the ability of leaders to head an organization or institution successfully. Competent leaders shine even in the darkest times, they are able to see and analyze the view of any situation and they select the appropriate decisions. As well, good leaders competent appear patently in solving problems that occur in tough and embarrassing times. Besides, leaders are competent and self-confidence to confess their mistakes that is the source of success. Thereafter, leaders are aware to put the interest of people or the organization they lead over their ambitions.

The second, consistency makes leaders trustworthy. For example, Plans that are created need the leader to be consistent in order to put them into reality, because if anything missed it means that the plan is dead. As a result, leaders slip away trust of people. Consistent leaders control not only plans but also their assistants to work strictly. In addition, consistency helps leaders to be respectful and enforce their character on any stance.

The third, character is crucial in leaders work. Character of leaders indicates if they could effectively achieve targets; as well as, it means to act as honorable, courageous, compassionate, and ethical. These traits give leaders many benefits such as dealing with as much as possible of people and gaining the reputation.

In conclusion, leadership is not achieved easily. It requires a lot of patience and special characteristics. Therefore, the most important traits are competence, consistency, and character. Consequently, a good leadership can not be granted at universities but it goes with all doing.
