NO!
'Do you know when he'll be back' is correct. The second part of the sentence is an indirect question: "When will he be back?"
I wonder when he'll be back
I need to know when he'll be back
Do you know
Can you tell me when he'll be back.

What you have in mind is a time clause:

When I go to Rome I'll visit the Vatican Not When I'll go.....

That's because going to Rome precedes the actual visit of the Vatican so it requires the present tense.

Telephone English for Professionals - Pronunciation - Good pronunciation is important in ESL for Professionals.
i think that speaking on the phone by other your own language is very difficult, therefore, how should people say ? To understand what you say, i think we have to good pronunciation, excellent grammar. And you? what do you think?

Pronunciation is the most important for intelligibilty. However, everything is important when it comes to clear communication. If there are too many grammatical errors, or phrases that are unfamiliar to native speakers, then this, combined with weaknesses in pronunciation, could present a challenge for native English speakers: they might not understand everything an ESL speaker is saying.

People really listen to and hear the content words, so grammatical errors may present less of a challenge to native speakers when speaking with ESL speakers who are still working to improve their command of the language. In fact, it's altogether possible that one's grammar skills good be very good, but if one's pronunciation is lacking, this could result in native speakers of English asking for ESL speakers to repeat what they've said.

So in any particular circumstance in which one is speaking for professional purposes, good pronunciation, which is to say intelligible pronunciation, that does not present any great challenge to native speakers of English is very important.

Here are the circumstances and situations:
  • presenations
  • meetings
  • phone calls
  • conferences
  • talking to clients
  • talking to managers
  • talking to work colleauges
  • talking to business associates

It's not an adverb clause. It's a noun clause.

This sort of thing is easy to confuse. However, it's good that you are aware of it.

Here's an example of an adverb clause that is incorrect.

When he will comes back, I'll tell him you called.
