You picked a really difficult country to teach English in. Welcome to Chinese democracy! I wouldn't expect too much in the way of fair treatment. They will treat you the same way they treat their own people and being kept in the dark is part of the game. The less questions you ask the better.

Thank you for the information you know China better then me I just did not understand the system when I came here but I learn the hard way but I will understand it better now how it works for me I think China should change it 'but that will never happen' maybe I will go home next year who know!!.
