There is no need of mention that what you are exactly going to do..You can say that “I am going for restroom” or else “I am going for bio break”Or you can simply say that “I am going for toilet”Every one knows that you will go for only two major things.. if you say that “I am going for toilet” .. :)

To visit the men's room
To go to the washroom
To go to the bathroom
To go to the little boy's room
To spend a penny
To go to the loo
To pee, to piss
To take a dump, a crap

If you are indoors ,let's say in a restaurant, "I'll be right back" would be more proper.

I don't think so....If you say "I'll be right back", no one would understand what will you do.....many possibilities.....I think "I have to go to restroom" would be much better....

In the West, "I'm going to wash my hands" is the most polite.
