"How are you doing?" and "How's it going?" are Amr Eng? Hi Everybody,
"How are you doing ?" and "How's it going ?" are American English? Or they also would be used in British English?

No, they aren't particularly American. Most European languages use a cognate form of this:
Comment ca va?
Come stai?
Wie gehts?
How are you going, How is it going, How's things ...?
