I guess you can say sheep I found this:be (like) sheep , If a group of people are (like) sheep, they all behave in the same way or all behave as they are told, and cannot or will not act independently.
So you can say You are sheep, they are sheep

If you say that "you guys are a bunch of sheep" that can mean two things:

-they are afraid to speak up for themselves, afraid to come forward and say what's on their minds. They are shy, meekish, vulnerable or they simply act cowardly.
-sheep ( other than the animal itself) also means a person lacking intelligence or common sense. Same as knucklehead, airhead, etc.

As for the first category, I think the word "follower" would be the closest and possibly a "tagalong".

Note that the Spanish word is not the same as the English gregarious.
From a very scientific perspective, "ovine" gives reference to being "sheep-like". So, there is a word for "Sheep-like"... not sure if you could use it to describe "someone" displaying "sheep-like" behaviours.

Hope this helps...

Or perhaps you litterally mean sheep-like... How about "sheepish"? That means shy or embarassed about something. You might reply to someones question "sheepishly".

in america we use "follower" but when people do the opposite such as a leader of group we say "leader" it follows another consept between the two

Maybe a conformer or conventionalist.

A conformer is one who changes easily to follow and a conventionalist is one who does thing similar to everyone else.

I would use pliable. Answers.com defines this as - susceptible to being led or directed. The site also suggests fictile ( a new word to me) with the same meaning.
