I'm a 17-year-old girl. I've been studying English for 10 years and now I'm studying to sit for the FCE on december.
I think I have to practise a lot my speaking, so I would be very pleased if somebody could speak to me through skype.

Have you tried http://livemocha.com or http://www.sharedtalk.com ? They are language exchange sites where people who are learning Spanish (for example) will trade 15 minutes of speaking Spanish with you for 15 minutes of speaking English with them.

They're good places to find people to practice with while protecting your privacy (never ever give out any personal information online).
