Which one is a better option?

Can anyone tell me which is better, IELTS or TOEFL?

Neither is 'better' than the other. Some people prefer the style of one, but that is different.

TOEFL is better known in the AmE world, and IELTS in the BrE and AusE world, but both are fairly universally recognised.
